Meet the Team

Centre Manager

Hello and Welcome to Our Centre. Inspired by its role at the heart of our community, I joined ACSC in October 2025 and have been energised by the people, passion, and potential that make this place so special. ACSC is far more than its facilities – it’s a vibrant centre where people connect, grow, and belong.

My career spans diverse sectors providing community development, operations management, leadership programmes, and building partnerships – all focused on creating spaces where people feel valued and empowered. Together, we’re building a welcoming environment for Aldingbourne and beyond. Highlight include launching our Warm Hub, a space for social connection, introducing weekly community drop-ins, strengthening local partnerships, connecting our clubs, groups, and the centre to best serve you, with a host of community events – and more to come!

Chairman

Our Trustees are committed to maintaining and improving the Centre for the benefit of the parish and surrounding area. I am pleased to introduce our new Centre Manager, Tamryn Buys, who has joined us to oversee the day-to-day operation of the Centre.

Together, we are working closely with Aldingbourne Parish Council to explore opportunities to enhance and redevelop the site, helping to ensure it continues to serve our community for years to come.

Thank you for your support, and we look forward to welcoming you to the Centre.
